I'm really digging the vest portion of the 15k canthan... Having those hose daggers stick out in the back makes it look awesome!!!!

Is it me, or does that armor look like a mix of Seitung and Canthan 1.5k's?

Is there such a thing as 15k Seitung or Shing Jea armor?

Yeah I ask and ask about his but never get a clear answer. Can you get 15k armor without beating the game? I want to get 15k imperial but I'm nowhere near the end of the game.

You can only get 15k imperial, exotic, and canthan after beating Shiro. Luxon and Kurzick 15k armors can be obtained before this.
